Name: Luna
Age: 10 Moons
Gender: She-Cat
Clan: Loner
Personality: Luna is a soft spoken cat. She is not, however, one who enjoys being completely alone. She is shy when around many other felines, but is willing to open up completely if it is just her and another. She just wants to have a mate and live with him, the two of them, together. In this way she is not content as a loner, but is afraid to try Clan life because of all the others that would be around her.
Luna is the kind of feline who likes to watch from the shadows. She avoids battles, but if one comes to her, she tries her best to keep busy just outside the circle of strongest attack. This disposition applies to more than fighting: if a decision is being made, Luna would rather listen and nod with her favorite idea instead of actually voicing her own opinions. She is by far a follower, and because of this she sometimes dislikes her independent life.
Luna isn't bad at fighting, but she has never truly excelled at it. She would need more training to be considered to be at "warrior level". She likes to hunt, and can catch almost any kind of creature if she sets her mind to it. She doesn't give up easily to the natural world, though she backs down in a second if it's another feline she's arguing with.
Even though she's a loner, Luna believes in DreamClan. She loves to watch the stars on a moonlit night, imagining that she could talk with the ancestors of the Clans and herself. When clouds block out the sky she feels as though nothing is protecting her from the darkness of the night. At times such as these, she becomes lonely and nervous, starting at ever twitch in the bushes.
Physical Description: Luna is a tortoiseshell cat. She can't be called a calico, though, because she lacks even a hint of white on her gray and orange pelt. The former takes up most of the space on her pelt, a pretty but plain blue shade that helps her fade into the background. Here and there in the ocean of gray splotches of a creamy sun hue lighten her appearance. The largest patch of the color is on her chest, extending onto one of her shoulder blades and down, covering the front half of her underbelly. Other than that, the orange comes only in tiny portions; a couple dots on her paw, a bit on her flank, here and there scattered.
Her face, like the rest of her, is mostly blue-gray. Her chin, a little stripe along her nose, and a tiny patch above her right eye show the cream, but that is it. Even her nose, but for two minuscule dots of pink, shares the smoky coloring. Her eyes are a faded hazel, their beauty revealed only to the careful observer. Her ears are the usual size, coming off her head without much angle. Her face's fur is shorter than the thick and long pelt that covers the rest of her. It doesn't clump or puff out as much, instead looking fuzzy and soft.
She is a small feline. Even other cats at her young age are larger than she is. She is nether stocky nor slender, with a completely average build. Her muzzle is on the shorter side, but not by much. Her tail is long enough to wrap around her front paws when she is tucked into a sitting position, and is very fluffy. She is a normal cat, but beautiful in her own ways nonetheless.

History: Luna's BrookClan mother died giving birth. Her last words were to give the kits to their father once they were a moon old. This request was met with surprise, for the late queen had mated with a rogue tom named River. At first the Clan wanted to keep Lunarkit and her two brothers, Oceankit and Nightkit. The medicine cat received a dream from the kits' dead mother begging the Clan to let River had the little ones. When the tom heard of his mate's death, he came to BrookClan. The leader gave him his kits, but sadly because there was a shortage of apprentices. The first moon away from the warm nursery was a hard and sad one. Nightkit died only a few sunrises after the four - three kits and their father - had left BrookClan territory.
When Lunarkit and Oceankit were three moons old, River asked them if they wanted loner names. He couldn't stand the fact that every time he called out to them he would think of his beloved dead mate. Both readily agreed - what was the use of having "kit" stuck on the end of their name anyway? They didn't want to be kits! - and became Luna and Ocean. They lived happily for moons, enjoying each other's company.
When Luna and Ocean were about eight moons old, they went on a little hunting expedition together. They each had specific instructions, and separated to each complete their own assignment. Luna, hunting a sparrow - the second item on her list - heard a yelp from nearby. She raced off to find out what it was, because the sound seemed much like Ocean's voice. She saw him trying to get away from where a dog had trapped him, yowling for help. Luna was about to attack the creature, when it lunged forward and she could hear her brother's spine snap. She wanted some form of revenge, but knew that without River the only kind she would get would be from DreamClan. The dog turned around and glared with its beady black eyes at her. She let out a screech and started to back away, calling for her father. River came just in time to save her, and he fought the evil thing. When it was dead, Luna could see that there was only so much life left in her dad's eyes.
IC: Luna panicked as her father sank to the ground. She rushed over, racing around the limp body of the dog. "Dad? Are you alright?" She knew, as young as she was, that he would only be alive for a few more minutes. She began to lick the wet blood off his wound, but cringed back when he yelped in pain. "Oh, Daddy, don't go!" She looked at the sky, as if begging DreamClan not to take River into its depths. She realized he was trying to speak, and listened. "Luna," he meowed, voice a hoarse whisper, "don't ever give up hope or stop trying. No one can keep you from believing in what you believe in. That is something nothing can take away." Luna nodded, though she didn't really understand what he was saying. She assumed he meant to always let DreamClan guide her, but she wasn't sure. Before she could ask for him to explain, his eyes went blank and he lay limply on the ground.
Code: Whisper
Other: She's going to join BrookClan almost as soon as I start RPing her.

I don't know. Luna is my middle name and I really like it, but I can't exactly put it into a warrior name. Like, what, Lunamoon? xD. She might be Graymoon.... actually, she'd be an apprentice... so Graypaw and then Graymoon... Ack - Graypaw? lol. I don't know....
