The night sky glittered with stars that reflected in two green orbs that stared up at the sky. A light dusting of dew sprinkled over the camp and Willowsky sniffed the chilly night air. The morning frost nipped at her paws as she stepped lightly through the camp. Her heart ached for the light of the moon but a dark gray cloud had drifted in front of the large yellow circle imprisoning it in darkness. The only light was given off by the tiny sparkles frozen in one place up in the sky. A feeling deep inside her knawed at Willowskys heart but this feeling she could grasp so she let her thoughts linger to other matters. Many wonders drifted in her mind, would the clan make it through leaf bare without deaths this year? Would the prey stay plentiful? Would clan rejoice with new kits and apprentices or mourn for losses of elders and others taken by starclan? So many things could go wrong and with this thought her heart started thudding faster in her chest as if it was banging and pleading to break free from its cage.

OOC: i got an idea. could Willowsky be Jaystar's mate?
Jaystar laid by his den watching willowsky, never uttering a sound. but he finaly broke the silence hello Willowsky, why are you up at this hour? he said with his deep toned voice than anyone rarly heard. this was accualy the first time he had ever spoken to his deputy. She had never heard his deep, Josh Turner voice. he hoped that she would claw his ears off.

.,.Darknight.,.
The thin and slick body of the black tom emerged from the warriors den, his deep hazel eyes burning through the damp night. Soft, elegant paws moved silently across the ground as he joined the leader and deputy. 'Jaystar, Willowsky,' The warrior rasped, dipping his head in greeting to his elders and upper athourity. Darknight sat down, his gaze not moving from Jaystar for a few moments.

Willowsky dipped her head to the warrior then turned to Jaystar. "I couldnt sleep im sorry if I woke you Jaystar" she meowed softly. Willowsky smiled sweetly at her leader. She let out a deep breath that she had been holding in. Her eyes glanced back up at the sky for a seconds the back down to Jaystar. ooc: sure if ya want hatchey lol

A flame-colored shape padded over to them from the warriors' den, yawning. Hello, everyone. Willowsky, I think it's my turn now to take watch. It's moonhigh, I think... He glanced up at the sky. As that cloud is blocking our view. A faint smile played on Flashclaw's lips. He pawed the ground, then stretched. I guess I'll leave you guys. I'll go watch the entrance. Good night, Jaystar, Willowsky. He padded away slowly, to the entrance draped by lichen. His amber eyes glowed. Willowsky was pretty...prettier than most.
OOC-ooh! She could be caught between the two, and leave Flashclaw heartbroken when she chooses Jaystar! If you guys want to, that is...

ooc: Sure! poor willowsky lol Willowsky dipped her head thoughtfully to the tom. But a thought still edged its way into her mind but Willowsky forced it away and wrapped her tail around her paws. She sighed quietly hoping no one would notice.

Larkwing's pelt fluffed up against the cold mornings, his tail puffed out twice it's size. Hello. He meowed, spotting Jaaystar and Willowsky, hastening over to join the conversation. I see I'm not the only one up at this ungodly hour! Larkwing smiled slightly, his light green eyes stinging with the cold. Although it was still september, the morning were cold.

Willowsky smiled at her leader then turned to Larkwing holding in a laugh. "Hello Larkwing...that reminds me we probally need to stock up on moss for the dens we've been running low.." She said turning back to Jaystar her eyes sparkling with the stars.

Larkwing nodded in agreement. Although it's probably not my place to say this, he meowed quietly. I have seen many cold seasons, and preparations should be made as soon as possible.

Jaystar nodded to Larkwing as if to say yes we should. Then he looked back into the sky. The stars were shining brightly and he couldn't help look back at Willowsky. Her eyes shined with the stars and he couldn't help to purr, but i was unaudible.

Willowsky nodded to the warrior the weather was turning out to be oddly cold. "All I can hope for is that we loose no cats this leaf-bare we need all of them" she said purring as she looked around the camp.

Larkwing shook his dark grey and brown striped head slowly. No, I don't think we will loose any PastureClan cats this season if we prepare early enough. I have lived through winters where no cats have passed. Not even the tiniest kit.
